To view the Error Messages:

  1. Within ServiceNow, search for Logs.

  2. Select the System Logs > All option.

  3. Filter the log messages via the following settings:

Source: x_syncs_mf_sm Message: ERROR:

  1. Run the Search to see the error logs for the scheduled job.

If the errors do not provide insight into a solution to the issue at hand, then it is recommended to contact Ironstream Support. See “Chapter 12. Contacting Support” for more guidelines.
