Add the installation account to the Administrator group of your machine or VM. The Installer must be executed by an administrator.
For fresh installations, the Installer account must have Security admin and DB creator server roles on the SQL server used for installation. (For an upgrade, the Installer account must have the Security admin on DB and DB owner roles.)

Before the Installer begins execution and the UI is displayed, the Preparing to Install message below is displayed.
