If any Precisely products that require License Manager already exist on a system where you plan to install iTERA, those products must be ended. See instructions in the Using License Manager book. If the software installation process finds a lower level of License Manager on a system than what is on the installation media, it will automatically upgrade License Manager before installing the new product. For that reason, the products need to be ended.
