When a user’s responsibilities change, you may need to know what groups and instances the user has access to before reassigning responsibilities, changing authority, or deleting a user that no longer needs to access the Assure UI portal. Do the following:
Log in using the administrator user ID (vspadmin).
In the Users portlet on the Administration page, select the Details action for the user you want.
The User Details dialog displays all groups that the selected user owns or is a member of, all instances the user configured, all shared instances the user can access, and the group that owns the shared instances.
