An Assure UI administrator configures security that controls which users have access to the Assure UI portal and the level of authority assigned to each user’s access. The administrator can also configure an email server, set authority policies, create groups of users, and manage subscriptions for all instances defined to the Assure UI server.
A special administrative profile (vspadmin) is provided for logging in to the Assure UI portal for administration. The password for the administrative profile can be modified to restrict access to administrative functions.
