The version of the product portal application deployed on the Assure UI server and the version of the products to which your instances connect determine whether subscriptions are supported.
Version 8 or higher of the Assure MIMIX portal application supports subscriptions for instances that connect to systems running MIMIX service pack 7.1.05.00 or higher.
