To access Library parameters options, environment must be stopped then right-click on Library parameters. Right-clicking on Library Parameters gives you access to 4 options:
Hold/Release: Block/Release the existing setting
Insert: If no group exists, add a new group to the domain
Generate: Generate the list of objects to be part of the perimeter according to the existing rules
Settings: Access the object management settings
