To add a device entry to the switch definition, do the following:

  1. From the Work with Device Entries display, type a 1 (Add) next to the blank line at the top of the list and press Enter.

  2. The Add Switch Device Entry (ADDSWTDEVE) display appears. Provide the name of the device and a text description of the device and press Enter.
