One way to diagnose problems is to enable logging for a particular area of functionality. For example, a user might enable logging for a specified plug-in. Infogix Support personnel will provide instructions to set up the logging.
Subsystem logging allows you to enable debug logging for multiple components with a single click. See Subsystem Logging.
You can use the Infogix administrative console to set up new log categories or edit existing categories. The console enables a user to easily revert to the original settings for the categories.
