The system lists the available logging categories. Select a category from the list to change its severity threshold, log output, or both. You may find it easier to use subsystem logging to enable debug logging for particular components. See Manage Subsystem Debug Logging.

Click New Category to create a new category. Categories correspond to a particular area of functionality within your Infogix application.

You can add a new log category within your Infogix application. The category specifies the severity threshold for which to log messages and where to log the messages. Alternately, you can create a new log output to log the messages in a different file.

Click Restore Default Configuration to return all categories to their default configuration settings. Changes take effect immediately.
