An SQL query result can provide Infogix Customer Support with the necessary information to resolve an issue.

If asked to run an SQL query, Infogix Customer Support will provide you with the SQL query. Only SELECT statements are allowed from this screen.

  1. Copy and paste or enter the statement on the top portion of the screen.

    For an SQL Server environment, the table name must be entered in upper case.

  2. Click Execute. The system displays the results in the lower portion of the screen.

The system limits the number of results to 1000.
