The Infogix administrative console enables you to package debug and diagnostic data and send this data to Infogix Customer Support to aid in the diagnosis of run-time problems.
The diagnostic package contains the following information:
- thread dumps
- log files
- configuration files
- information that pertains to the system environment
The console locates the configuration files used at runtime and includes these in the package. Most configuration files are located in the directory specified by the CONFIG_HOME property in the appserver.properties file. In a clustered deployment, the console also locates and includes files in the override directory for each node.
