A diagnostic package contains thread dumps, log files, configuration files, and system information.

Complete the following fields, as applicable:

Include data for the last x days: Specify the number of days for which to include the information in the diagnostic package. The system includes the thread dumps for all active threads and all log files within the specified time range.

Optionally, specify an ID for the package in the Case Number field. This can be any combination of letters and numbers; it is recommended to use the case number from Customer Support.

Click Create Package to assemble a data package to send to Infogix Customer Support for diagnostic purposes. The system packages the data in a compressed file that you can save to your PC.
