Ironstream proxy server - ironstream_for_servicenow_event_mgmt - 7.4

Follow these steps to manually remove the Ironstream proxy server components:

1. Open the Web interface then stop any running Ironstream services for defined nodes and the Configuration Tool. Stop all the services with names that start with Ironstream(R) for IBM Z MCS Service.
2. If you do not want to keep your custom configuration details, that is, you are not upgrading or reinstalling, then you can take these additional steps:
   1. Select each defined node and click the Delete Node button.
   2. Remove any log files created during the Ironstream run:

      cd <install_directory>\log

      del *.*

3. Use the 'Add/Remove Programs' utility from Windows Control Panel to remove Ironstream files and registry entries. Select lronstream for ServiceNow Event Management for IBM Z in the list and click Uninstall.
