The Ironstream Configuration Tool provides a single location for defining all Ironstream mainframe agent nodes and configuring the components to be monitored on those agents (See figure below).
The Configuration Tool service is configured to start automatically on the Proxy Server machine after installation and whenever the Proxy Server machine is rebooted. If the Configuration Tool service is not running, open the Windows services manager and right click on the "EV390/z Configurator" service and choose Start.
Start the Configuration Tool application from a web browser pointing to the Proxy Server machine where the Ironstream is installed with the following URL:
http://servername:9853
By default, the Configuration Tool listens on port 9853 on the installed server. This port number may be customized by changing the EV390_CONFIG_PORT value in the ev390info file in the \conf subdirectory of the Ironstream installation path.
