If TestFileSha.exe runs successfully you can view the results by following these steps. If TestFileSha.exe does not finish successfully, a return code of -1 will be returned to the Environment Variable %ERRORLEVEL%.
-
After the utility finishes running, open the file TestFileSha.log.
Note: If you do not have write privileges to the directory where you ran TestFileSha.exe, the log will not be created.
-
Each file that the utility checks is listed in the log. For example:
Mon Mar 10 13:11:23 2017 Reading clk.a.hs1...Hashing...OK <6b6a916a7e2a3af4fa570e3c4ccf66753bb3e37f>
Mon Mar 10 13:12:45 2017 Skipping compressed file clk.a.hs1.szp.
"OK" indicates that the file was successfully decompressed. If a file was not successfully decompressed, the entry for the file will say "Failed on <filename>" instead of "OK".
-
Using the text editor Find feature, search the file for the phrase "failed on". If this phrase appears in the file, the file indicated was not successfully decompressed. If a file was not successfully decompressed, contact Technical Support for assistance. Do not attempt to run VeriMove jobs until all NCOALink files have been successfully decompressed.
