When you encounter a problem, first perform these troubleshooting steps.
- Verify that the job does not contain any errors. To do this, open the job in the Windows GUI and verify that the Errors tab is not visible. If it is, see Error Tab Messages.
- Verify that all records are the same length. For more information, see "Check Record Length".
- Verify that input files exist in the location specified and the user has sufficient rights to these files/directories.
- Verify that the user has sufficient rights to the output files/directories.
- Check the Windows Event Log. VeriMove error messages are recorded by the Windows Event Log.
