The Customer Service Log contains setup information and statistics for each job. All USPS licensees must generate and submit the Customer Service Log to the USPS every month. This report is designed for automated data review by the USPS so it is not intended to be read by a person. The layout of the Customer Service Log matches the required layout specified by the USPS. Note: USPS regulations require you to maintain job statistics for five years. The method you choose for running jobs does not change this requirement.
