Before VeriMove can perform Move Update matching, you must standardize the addresses in the mailing list according to USPS address standards using a CASS processor. VeriMove provides two options for CASS processing.

Internal CASS
With internal CASS, VeriMove uses its internal CASS processor to standardize the addresses before attempting Move Update matching. If you are going to execute the job on Windows, Unix, or Linux, you can use external CASS or internal CASS.
External CASS
External CASS involves using another product, such as Finalist or CODE-1 Plus, to standardize the addresses before VeriMove attempts Move Update matching. If you are going to execute the job on z/OS or IBM i, you must use external CASS. If you are going to execute the job on Windows, Unix, or Linux, you can use external CASS or internal CASS.
