In fixed non-parsed data, each type of data has a line assigned to it. As a result, some of the output address labels may skip lines.
For example, ABC Co. stores non-parsed name and address data in a fixed format. Name data is stored on the first and second lines. Address data is stored on the third and fourth lines. City, state, and ZIP Code data is stored on the fifth line. ABC Co. output labels look like this:
Gary and Joleen Adams 427 W. Lake Street Apt. 2A Quincy, IN 56789-0010 | Lawrence Damen Evelyn Salazar 427 W. Lake Street, Apt. 7B Quincy, IN 56789-0010 |
