Input Record Requirements - VeriMove - 4.0

In order for VeriMove to process your records, the records must meet these requirements:

• Input file records must be in a fixed length format. This must be taken into consideration when processing with an external CASS-certified software package and when determining the method to use for transmitting the file to VeriMove.
• There must be no more than two input names per record. This includes either a firm name or a personal name. For example:

ABC Dentists
Dr Tom Jay Smith DDS

• There must be one input address per record. For example:

1212 N Main Street

• There must be one input city, state, and ZIP Code per record. For example:

Chicago, IL 60645
