The user who deploys Trillium Quality for Dynamics is considered to be the Trillium Quality for Dynamics owner. The owner’s user context (security privilege) determines which records Trillium Quality for Dynamics can access. To allow Trillium Quality for Dynamics to cleanse and match all records in the database, the user deploying Trillium Quality for Dynamics must have system administrator privileges.
To change the Trillium Quality for Dynamics owner, log in to Dynamics 365 using the desired owner’s account, run the Trillium Quality for Dynamics Deployment Manager and re-run Step 3B. The Trillium Quality for Dynamics cleansing and matching steps will then use the user context of this user.
