As data is entered, modified or imported, Trillium Quality for Dynamics runs in the background to improve name and address data (referred to as cleansing) and to identify potentially duplicate records (referred to as matching) before the data is entered into your Dynamics 365 database. In addition, you can run a batch process to cleanse, match and merge existing records in your 365 database through the Standard Batch Manager.
Master Batch, an optional function available with Trillium Quality for Dynamics, cleanses and matches your existing data as part of an initial implementation. You can also use the Leads Analysis function to analyze and import qualified lead records into Dynamics.
The integration between Trillium Quality for Dynamics and the cloud environment ensures that your data is moved securely to and from the cloud for cleansing, matching, and standardization. A cloud-hosted solution scales to manage increased data volumes as your business grows. For increased data security, Trillium Quality for Dynamics includes a complete built-in data encryption mechanism to protect your data.
