Trillium Quality for Dynamics’s duplicate detection feature replaces CRM’s default duplicate detection for account, contact, lead, and custom entities. To avoid conflicts, disable CRM’s duplicate detection feature from these entities.

To remove CRM’s duplicate detection

  1. In a browser, open CRM and select one of the following:

  2. Expand Entities, and click on the entity you would like to modify (account, contact, lead, and, optionally, custom entities).

  3. Scroll to the Data Services group and disable the Duplicate detection option.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Repeat Step 2 through Step 4 for account, contact, lead, and custom entities.
