Trillium Quality for Dynamics’s duplicate detection feature replaces CRM’s default duplicate detection for account, contact, lead, and custom entities. To avoid conflicts, disable CRM’s duplicate detection feature from these entities.
To remove CRM’s duplicate detection

In a browser, open CRM and select one of the following:

If you are using a separate solution for customizations as described in Creating a Solution for Trillium Quality for Dynamics Customizations, select Settings > Solutions and select the solution.

If you are not using a separate solution for customizations, select Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.

Expand Entities, and click on the entity you would like to modify (account, contact, lead, and, optionally, custom entities).

Scroll to the Data Services group and disable the Duplicate detection option.

Click Save.

Repeat Step 2 through Step 4 for account, contact, lead, and custom entities.
