No Match (No licensed country identified or inadequate address information provided. See the note in The CRM Project for more information on No Match.) |
If you have not purchased a license for all of the above countries, you or your Trillium representative must modify the CRM project to deactivate the unlicensed countries. If your project contains unlicensed countries, you will be unable to start the project.
To deactivate countries
-
On the Project Configuration page of TSI Web Server Administration, click the Projects tab and Add your CRM project, as described in Add New Project, but do not start the project. If the project has already been started, click Stop to stop the project.
-
Click the UCA Countries tab. (The tab name reflects the current project name, for example, CRM - UCA Countries.)
Note: If the UCA Countries tab is not available, open the trillium_soapadminconfig.properties file and add the following option:UCA_COUNTRY_ENABLE=1
(See the Administration Home page Property Files tab for the path to the trillium_soapadminconfig.properties file.)
-
Use the left-arrow buttons to remove countries from the project. The double left-arrow removes all countries; re-add countries using the right-arrow buttons.
-
Before clicking Save, ensure that your selections are correct. Deactivating countries requires a permanent change to your project. After reviewing your selections, click Save.
Note: If an error displays, ensure that your project is stopped. -
Click OK to dismiss the confirmation message and click OK to dismiss the Save Successful message.
-
Stop and restart the Tomcat server.
-
Click the Projects tab and click Start to start your project.
