Leads Analysis is integrated with Master Batch and uses the master batch loader and its project. You must configure Master Batch first and set up the project, and then configure Leads Analysis.
To configure Leads Analysis

If you have not done so, in the TSI Web Server Administration Home page, click the MS Dynamics Master Batch Settings tab and configure Master Batch and set up the project as described in Configuring Master Batch.

In the TSI Web Server Administration Home page, click the Leads Analysis Settings tab.

Set the following options:

Instance: Your CRM Organization name.

Pattern ID: A Pattern ID for matching. A Pattern ID is a code returned by Trillium Quality for Dynamics to measure the strength of relationship of the matched records. The default Pattern ID is 100 (that is, records for which there is a very high confidence match on Name and Address). You can enter multiple Pattern IDs, separated by commas, to identify all matching records with specified Pattern IDs.
The following are sample Pattern IDs:

Local Leads Root Path: The root directory where Leads Analysis will write job process information and logs.

Default Import: The default matching criteria for the records to be imported to Dynamics. This setting determines the Leads Recommendation by Match Group section in the Leads Analysis page. For example, if you select “No Match”, only the records that have no matching relationship with any other records will be selected to be imported to Dynamics when you click the Import button on the Leads Analysis page.

No Match. Only the records that have no matching relationship with any other records will be imported.

No or Likely Match. Only the records that have no matching relationship or have likely matching relationship will be imported. Likely matches are potential matches with all Pattern IDs except for Pattern ID 100.

All. All records will be imported regardless of matching condition.

No Match: The label displayed for no match results on the Leads Analysis page. Default is “New Leads”.

Likely Match: The label displayed for likely match results on the Leads Analysis page. Default is “Potential Leads”.

Good Match: The label displayed for good match results on the Leads Analysis page. Default is “Duplicate Leads”.

Leads Username: Login user name for a Trillium Quality for Dynamics end user who will analyze leads files and import new leads.

Leads Password: Login password for a Trillium Quality for Dynamics end user who will analyze leads files and import new leads.

Click Save Settings.
