To cleanse and match data, several Trillium fields must be added to the custom entity. The Trillium Quality for Dynamics Deployment Manager performs this function. You can add Trillium fields to a custom entity when you first deploy Trillium Quality for Dynamics or you can run the Deployment Manager at a later time to add Trillium fields.

To run the Deployment Manager

  1. On the machine on which you installed Trillium Quality for Dynamics, launch the Deployment Manager from the Start menu (Trillium Software > Trillium Quality for Dynamics n.n.n. Right-click Deployment Manager and select Run as administrator). The Deployment Manager window opens.

  2. Click the Utilities tab. Click Save to save your settings if prompted.

  3. Click Refresh Custom Entities, select an entity from the Custom Entities list, and click Add TrilliumFields. This adds the Trillium fields used for cleansing and matching to the custom entity. Repeat this step for all custom entities to be configured.

Note: To view the list of the Trillium fields added to custom entities, open the DeploymentConfiguration.xml file in the Trillium Quality for Dynamics Deployment directory and search for the <Custom_Entity_Name> element. The listed fields are added to all configured custom entities.

When configuration is complete, the output message Entity Configuration changes completed displays.
