If your TS Quality project is configured to use window keys, running the project through the Cleansing Rule Analyzer (CRA) will create the window keys for the project. You can then use those window keys to filter the records in the MRA.

To use an existing window key

  1. In the Project Rule Analyzer, click the Cleansing tab and run your project through the CRA. This will populate your project’s window key attribute(s).
  2. Click on the Matching tab to return to the MRA. (Be sure that the Reference Matching option is selected on the top line of the MRA window.)
  3. Click Load Cleanser Data to load the data generated by the cleansing process to the MRA’s reference data.
  4. In the Window Key Selection pane of the MRA window, select Select Window Key Value.
  5. Select one of the window keys from the Key drop-down menu. The value of that key will display in the Value text box and the match candidates generated by that key will be displayed.
Note: If you close the Match Candidates pane, you can reopen it by clicking Show Match Candidates which is on the far right side of the Matched Records pane.
