When working in the CRA or the MRA, you can save the setup of the current screen as an initialization file. This simplifies recreating the cleansing or matching test at a later time.

If results of a cleanse or match are currently displayed, those results are not saved in the initialization file.

To create an initialization file

  1. Select File>Save or Save As, or click the Save icon in the toolbar.
    • Selecting Save will open a browse window or, if an existing initialization file is already loaded, will overwrite the currently loaded file.
    • Selecting Save As will open a browse window allowing you to specify a name and location for the saved initialization file.
  2. In the Save As dialog, use the file extension .ini to identify initialization files.

Load an initialization file

To load an initialization file

  1. From the File menu select Load Cleansing Ini File or Load Matching Ini File, or click the Load icon in the Toolbar.
  2. Browse to select the initialization file.
