Using the Event Viewer - trillium_quality - Latest

If you experience difficulty starting a service or are troubleshooting an issue with a Director, cleanser, or matcher, you can get more information by launching the Microsoft Event Viewer.

To use the Event Viewer

1. Launch the Event Viewer from the Edit menu or from the Event Viewer toolbar icon.
2. Double-click Application to display events and event properties for Director service events.
3. Look at Warnings or Errors that correspond to one of these services.
4. Right-click an item and select Properties to investigate further.
