Suspending a cleanser or matcher server causes the server to remain running, but changes its status from Active to Suspended. The Director will not send requests to suspended services. To suspend a service, on the Realtime View tab right-click the service name and select Suspend.
To return the service to an active state, right-click the service name and select Resume.
