You can use an existing data file to provide your test input data. Input files can be in XML, Quality Fixed File, or Delimited format. The file can contain a maximum of 5,000 records; additional records will be ignored.

To load an input file

  1. Click the Browse button in the Input Data pane of the MRA window.

  2. In Select Input File Type, select the file type of your input file - MRA XML File, Quality Fixed File, or Delimited File.

  3. Enter the information required for your file type. The input windows are illustrated in the figure below.

  4. If the schema of your input file does not match the schema shown in the Input Data pane, you must create a map file to correlate the field names.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Continue with the test, as described beginning with Step 3 on Testing with Free Form Data.
