TS Web Services requires that several environment variables be set. On Linux systems, these variables must be set manually. On Windows systems, these variables are set when the Tomcat service is created; you can change them using the Tomcat 8W tool, located in the Tomcat/bin directory.
When troubleshooting, ensure that these variables are correctly set:
JAVA_HOME (optional)
JRE_HOME (required)
TOMCAT_HOME/CATALINA_HOME (required if started by service/daemon or outside
Tomcat_dir\bin\startup)
The following Trillium settings are also required:
PATH to the Trillium Software bin directory
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the shared library
