Error: An error occurred while transferring the dir\path\file name from the front-end computer.
Cause: The system is unable to decompress the file.
Solution: Save the file to directory \usr\sap\trans\ and decompress the file manually from the DOS command prompt using the following command:
cd \usr\sap\trans
SAPCAR –xvf ‘Support Package file name’Note: Only an authorized administrator can perform this task.
