When the project is complete, you are ready to deploy it to run in your real-time environment.

Note: This section describes the basic deployment procedures; see the Trillium Director User’s Guide for more detailed information.

To deploy the project

  1. On the Develop bar of the Control Center, right-click the project and select Publish Project for Deployment. This extracts project information from the repository and lists the project on the Deploy bar.

  2. On the Deploy bar, right-click the project and selectDeploy to Real Time.

    The Project Deployment Manager window opens.

  3. Click Set up Hosts and Security.

    The Setup window opens.

  4. Enter the Host/IP and Port values and click Add.

  5. If the project will be deployed to a Linux environment, click the Security tab and configure the security settings.

  6. Click OK.

    The Project Deployment Manager window reopens.

  7. Specify the required directories, then click Edit and Generate Project to generate the files for deployment.

  8. Click SAP Configuration to maintain User Authorization for Dynamic Structure Retrieval and field mapping.

  9. Click OK.

    The Project Deployment Form window reopens.

  10. Review the base settings and make any required changes.

  11. Click Generate the Files for Deployment, and then click OK.

    The Project Deployment Manager window reopens.

  12. Verify that the project was correctly generated for real-time by clicking Check for errors.

  13. If the Pre-deployment and Deployment Related Errors field shows 0 total errors, the project has been generated correctly.

  14. Mark the target where the project is to be deployed, and then click Deploy Marked Targets.
