The table below describes the reports available from Trillium Quality and Trillium for SAP.

SAPCleanser.log |
Provides tracing information on the Cleanser service for Postal Validation. This report also includes the repository trace. |
SAPMatcher.log |
Provides tracing information on the Matcher service for Duplicate Check. This report also includes the repository trace. |
SAPMatcher001.log |
Provides tracing information on the Matcher service for Fuzzy/Rough Search. This report also includes the repository trace. |
Process error reports |
Each TS Connector process component (for example, Customer Data Parser) has a report that logs any errors that occur when the component runs. |
Process debug reports |
Each TS Connector processing component has its own debug report that can be switched on so that you are able to analyze the process in detail. |
Process log report |
Each TS Connector processing component has its own processing report of the steps processed. |
To view cleanser or matcher log files
Start a text editor application.
Browse to the location of the project log directory.
Open the file you want to review.
To view a Trillium Quality Error or Log file
From the Control Center’s Navigation view, select the project and then the process for which you want to view a report.
Right-click and select View from the menu.
Click Log File or Error File to open the report for review.
To turn on debugging
From the Control Center’s Navigation View, right-click the process you want to debug and select Edit Process.
The Edit Process window opens.
Click the Output Settings option.
Select the Debug Option you want to activate. (See the Trillium online help for a description of the options.)
Click Finish and rerun the process to generate the debug file.
To view the debug file
From the Control Center’s Navigation View, right-click the process and select Debug...>Copy debug files to client.
Select a destination folder where you want to export the debug file to.
Click OK.
The Debug File is exported to the folder you specified.
Use a text editor to open the debug file.
