Using Trillium’s Master Data Tools, you can perform batch window matching.
To perform batch window matching
Run transaction /n/trillium/mdt to open the Master Data Tools.

Note: For CRM implementations, only the Business Partner business object is available.Enter a Window Key ID or a Window Key range.
- If Business Partner is selected as the Business Object, the Cleansing Case Automation Options are enabled.Note: Cleansing case automation is available only for Business Partners.

Select Create Cleansing cases to create or update a cleansing case.

Enter a Probability to filter the partners for which cleansing case will be created.

Select Update Existing Cleansing case to add a business partner to an existing cleansing case or select Create New Cleansing case to create a new cleansing case.

Select whether to Create new log or Overwrite existing log. Optionally, enter a Log description.
Specify whether to Show log upon completion and whether the log should display in Tree View or List View.
Click Execute. If you elected to show the log upon completion, the Trillium Log Viewer opens.
Open a window key group to display duplicate records. The figure below illustrates a log displayed in tree view with one window key open, showing two matching records. (If you selected List View when setting up the Batch Window Matching, the log would display in List View.)

If you selected Business Partner in Step 3, you can optionally create or update a cleansing case.
To create a cleansing case
Within a Window Key group, select the records to be merged and click Create Cleansing Case. The Create Cleansing Case window opens.

Identify Cleansing CaseEnter a meaningful description of the task (for auditing purposes) in the Note field, the ID of the user authorized to perform the task in the User field, and a priority code in the Priority field and click Enter . An informational window opens displaying the created cleansing case number.

To update an existing cleansing case
Within a window key/Level 1 matched group, select the records to be merged with the existing case and click Update Cleansing Case. The Update Cleansing Case window opens.

After either creating or updating the cleansing case, the cleansing case for the selected records is now ready for further processing using transaction bupa_clear. See the SAP documentation for details on Data Cleansing Case via transaction bupa_clear.
