When you add an address that is invalid in some way, an error message appears. If the Diff. Popup function is enabled, a message window with the difference between the original value and new value opens. Click Yes to accept the data with the known error, or click No to correct the data.
Note: The Diff Popup function is enabled during the configuration process. Activate Address Management with Trillium for more information.

If the Diff. Popup functionality is not enabled, the difference between the original value and new value is not shown. When the Confirm invalid address window displays, click Yes to accept the data with known error or click No to correct the data.

When the entered data results in a match, a potential list of duplicates is displayed to the user.
Note: When you choose to override the new values and save the original ones, an audit trail
is added to the system application log. You can view this log with the transaction
