You can manage the number of duplicates that users are allowed to create by setting the maximum number of duplicates allowed against authorization settings assigned to users. To invoke this functionality, you must activate the option and assign authorization roles in the Address Management with Trillium IMG activities. The authorization roles can be created by your SAP Security Administrator.

The configurations are set through the two IMG Activities:

  • Activate address management with Trillium

  • Assign maximum number of duplicates to role

To manage the number of duplicates allowed

  1. From the Display IMG window, navigate to SAP Web Application Server > Application Server > Basis Services > Address Management > Address Management with Trillium.

  2. Display the Activate address management with Trillium IMG activity.

The Country Control Settings overview window opens.
