You can manage the number of duplicates that users are allowed to create by setting the maximum number of duplicates allowed against authorization settings assigned to users. To invoke this functionality, you must activate the option and assign authorization roles in the Address Management with Trillium IMG activities. The authorization roles can be created by your SAP Security Administrator.
The configurations are set through the two IMG Activities:
Activate address management with Trillium
Assign maximum number of duplicates to role
To manage the number of duplicates allowed
From the Display IMG window, navigate to SAP Web Application Server > Application Server > Basis Services > Address Management > Address Management with Trillium.
Display the Activate address management with Trillium IMG activity.
The Country Control Settings overview window opens.

Display the Assign maximum number of duplicates to role IMG activity.

Assign roles to the appropriate users. The Figure:Figure 3 shows an example of an authorization role assigned to a user’s profile.
