The Quarterly Adjustment process is a set of three reports designed to update existing SAP address records. The reports are described in the table below.

Table 1. Quarterly Adjustment Programs

Report name

Description

RSADRQU1

Standard SAP Report. Extracts records for processing by TS Connector.

/TRILLIUM/RSADRQU2

TS Connector Report. This report is supplied by the TS Connector and must be invoked using the/ TRILLIUM/ namespace preceding the report name.

RSADRQU3

Standard SAP Report. Updates the database with records processed by TS Connector.

Note: These reports must be processed in the order they are listed in the table.

 

Run the Quarterly Adjustment process before using the SAP products in a real-time environment. You should also run it whenever new GAV tables are received from Trillium Software and implemented on your system.

Ensure that the GAV tables are loaded onto the system before running the adjustment process. For more information about installing GAV tables, see the Trillium DQ Installation Guide.
