At duplicate checking run time, the TS Connector determines if there are records that may affect the duplicate search by checking the Index Queue table for records awaiting Window Key processing. This process can be bypassed, if required, by checking the Do not verify that the duplicate check index is complete option in the Maintain System Control Settings for Trillium activity window.
