Before activating the Trillium CRM WebClient components, you must determine the level of any existing CRM WebClient enhancements in your system. There are three possible enhancement levels:
Level 1. There are no CRM WebClient enhancements in your system.
Level 2. There are some CRM WebClient enhancements in your system, but components BP_ADDR and BP_HEAD_SEARCH have not been enhanced.
Level 3. Components BP_ADDR or BP_HEAD_SEARCH have been enhanced.
To determine the level of your CRM WebClient enhancements
Start transaction SM30 on view BSPWDV_EHSET_ASG and click Display. The Enhancement Set Assignment list opens.
- Do one of the following:

If there are no entries in the view for your current client, there are no CRM WebClient enhancements active in your system. Proceed to the section Implementing Enhancement Level 1.Figure 1. Enhancement Level 1
- If there is an enhancement set assigned to your client, check to see if component BP_ADDR or BP_HEAD_SEARCH has been enhanced:
- Start transaction SM34 on view set BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT and click Display.
- Select the enhancement set that is assigned to your client and double-click

A list of the components that have been enhanced appears in the Enhancement Set column of the window. Check to see if the component BP_ADDR or BP_SEARCH is in the list of enhanced components.
Note: If you have only enhanced one component, the detail screen for that component is displayed instead.Figure 3. List of Enhanced Components - Do one of the following:

If either BP_ADDR or BP_HEAD_SEARCH is not in the list of enhanced components, follow the instructions for implementing Enhancement Level 2 (starting at Implementing Enhancement Level 2) for that component.

If one or both of the components is in the list of enhanced components, follow the instructions for Enhancement Level 3 (starting at Implementing Enhancement Level 3 - BP_ADDR) for that component.
