Problem:
A Trillium user opens the Control Center after saving a repository connection and a message opens alerting the user that the saved session file cannot be found.
Solution:
The message displays when you attempt to open the Control Center after you save a session file then remove or rename the file. Use this procedure to bypass the error, open the Control Center, and save another session.
To bypass the Cannot find session file message
-
Click OK to close the Cannot find this file message.
-
Open the environment options window.
-
Clear the option At startup, load last used repository server connection.
-
Click Apply and OK.
-
Close and reopen the Control Center and use your credentials to log in to the repository.
-
To save another session file:
-
From the Control Center, click the TS Application button in the upper left of the interface and select Save Session as. The Save As window opens.
-
Browse to the directory in which you want to save the session and enter the name you want to assign. (Sessions use the file extension .tss.)
-
Click Save.
-
Select the environment option At startup, load last used repository server connection. The next time you start the Control Center, you do not have to select a connection.
