The alerts in the Message View are updated each time there is a change in the repository.
For Trillium-authenticated users, the types of messages you see depend on how you logged on to the repository session—that is, whether you logged on as a regular user, also known as a Limited User, or an administrator, also known as a Full User.
There are two levels of messages, described in this table:
| Type of User | Alert Level |
|---|---|
| Limited User | Alerted to any activity that might impact the user. For example, if another user grants themselves access to an entity, a message alert displays in the Messages pane. |
| Full User | Alerted to any activity that might impact an administrative user. For example, if another user deletes an entity, the user sees an alert display in the Messages pane. |
