This table lists the output attributes for the JP Postal Matcher Address Code Edition (ACE).

Abolishment flag. It indicates if the address has been abolished.

  • 0—Input address is current.
  • 1—Input address has been changed and it is possible to convert old address to new address.
  • 2—Input address is obsolete and it is unable to convert old address to new address.

pr_addr_code_flag

Address code flag. It represents the number of address code digits the Postal Matcher obtained from the input address.

  • 0—0 digit. Level 1 error/input string error.
  • 1—2-digit (to level 1). The trailing 8-digit are filled with 0.
  • 2—4-digit (to level 2). The trailing 6-digit are filled with 0.
  • 3—10-digit (to level 3).

Standardized kanji address for level 1, level 2, and level 3.

Alias in kanji. Alias is tsusho (common name).

pr_barcode

Bar code.

pr_barcode_flag 1

Bar code flag. It shows whether bar code information was obtained for the input address. When converted candidate address is a representative postal code (lower 2-digit of the postal code is "00"), no bar code output will be made.

  • 0—No bar code output.
  • 1—Bar code is invalid because the postal code is not fully specified.
  • 2—Bar code output created.
pr_block_number 16 Block (chome) number in level 4.
pr_expiration_date

The expired date of the address.

pr_geocode_fail

Postal Matcher Fail Level.

  • 0—Processed successfully.
  • 1—Level 1 or level 2 failure.
  • 2—Level 3 failure.
  • 4—Unknown address. There is an error in the specified settings.
  • 5—No postal code.
  • 6—Multiple addresses. There is more than one corresponding address.

pr_get_new_addr_flag

New address flag. It indicates the status of new address.

  • 0—Not processed.
  • 1—Success. Input address has been changed and the Postal Matcher obtained new address.
  • 2—Incomplete. Input address has been changed and forwarded address has been abolished.

When the Get New Address setting is on, the Postal Matcher returns 0, 1, or 2. When this setting is off, it always returns 0.

pr_group_code 2

Address group code.

  • 00—Normal/others
  • 01—Multiple representations in the same level 2. Example: same choson but aza or chome has different postal codes.
  • 02—Alias (tsusho) and Gyosei Chomei in Kyoto shikubu.
  • 03—Alias (tsusho) only in Kyoto shikubu.
  • 04—High-rise building names and floor numbers.
  • 05—There are direct Banchis (a region with no oaza/town names).
  • 06—Same level 2 code represents multiple counties.
  • 07—Shi-Cho is included in level 2 names.
  • 08—Alias (tsusho) that new unique postal code is assigned by the new postal code system.

Level 4 flag. Level 4 flag represents whether level 4 was obtained for the input address.

  • 0—Level 4 obtained.
  • 1—No level 4.
pr_new_addr_code 10

Address code. When the input address has been changed, the latest address code is returned in this attribute.
