You can open a List View of the public and private bookmarks to which you have access in the Navigation View.

A bookmark List View displays the following information:

  • Name and Description. Names and descriptions given the bookmark when it was created.
  • Type. Reflects the type of metadata in the List View from which the bookmark was created; for example, entity, notes, and entity member attributes (List View of all attributes in an entity).
  • Rows. Total row count in the original List View from which the bookmark was created.
  • Title. Heading title of the original List View from which the bookmark was created, often the same as Type.
  • Subject. The subject from the original List View; for example Entity = Customer Prospects. (This is blank when there was no subject in the original List View.)
  • Created By. The username of the user who created the bookmark.
  • Created Date. Date on which the bookmark was created.

Private Bookmarks

The Navigation View lists all bookmarks that you have created and designated as private, and are therefore accessible only to you.

To view private bookmarks
  1. In the Navigation View, click the Discover bar, then click the Findings tab.
  2. Double-click the Private bookmarks folder.

    The Private Bookmarks List View displays.

  3. To navigate the to the data analysis source which the bookmark references, either double-click the bookmark or right-click and select Recreate bookmark.

Public Bookmarks

The Navigation View can show you all bookmarks created by others to which you have access, as well as those you created and designated as public.

To view public bookmarks

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Discover bar, then click the Findings tab.
  2. Double-click the Public bookmarks folder.

    The Public Bookmarks List View displays.

  3. To navigate the to the data analysis source which the bookmark references, either double-click the bookmark or right-click and select Recreate bookmark.
