You can change the name, description, and source entities of an existing Baseline Analysis project. You can also remove entities from the project's icon view. Removing an entity from the project does not delete it from the repository.

Note: You must have Edit privileges for the project to edit it.

Edit a Baseline Analysis project

To edit a Baseline Analysis project

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Discover bar.
  2. Click the Analysis tab.
  3. Expand Baseline Analysis.
  4. Right-click the project you want to edit, and select Edit project.

    The Edit Baseline Analysis window opens.

  5. Make any changes in the Name and Description fields.
  6. Select or clear the boxes next to available entities as needed.
  7. Click OK.

    The project's Navigation View updates with the changes.

    Note: The Create Entity wizard enables you to add newly created entities to an existing Baseline Analysis project.

Remove an entity from a Baseline Analysis project

To remove an entity from a Baseline Analysis project

  1. In the Navigation View, right-click the project you want to edit, and select Open.

    The project's Icon View opens. An icon displays for each entity in the project.

  2. Right-click the entity you want to remove and select Remove entity from project.
    Note: If there is only one entity in the project, it cannot be removed. A project must contain at least one entity.
  3. When prompted to confirm action, click Yes.

    The entity is removed.
