Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are only available for joins with permanent status. You can view ERDs for single or multiple permanent joins, and for joins pertaining to a specific Baseline Analysis project.

View an ERD for a single join

To view an ERD for a single join

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Analysis tab.
  2. Expand Joins.
  3. Expand Permanent Joins.
  4. Right-click a join and select Entity Relationship Diagram.

    The ERD displays.

View an ERD for multiple joins

To view an ERD for multiple joins

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Analysis tab.
  2. Expand Joins
  3. Double-click Permanent Joins.

    The Joins List View opens.

  4. Select two or more joins.
  5. Right-click and select Entity Relationship Diagram.

    The ERD displays.

View an ERD for all permanent joins

To view an ERD for all permanent joins

Do one of the following:
  • On the Home tab, click ER Diagram.

  • From the Navigation View, right-click Permanent Joins and select Entity Relationship Diagram.

The ERD displays.

View an ERD for joins in a Baseline Analysis project

To view an ERD for joins in a Baseline Analysis project

  1. In the Navigation View, click the Analysis tab.
  2. Expand Baseline Analysis and click the project with which you want to work.

    The Summary Data View opens for the project.

  3. Under Shortcuts, click View ERD Diagram.

    The ERD opens, showing any permanent joins for entities in the Baseline Analysis project. If no ERD is generated, no permanent joins have been validated for those entities.
