The Transformer Data Reconstruction process is included by default in Name and Address projects and can be added to Business Data and Empty projects.

In Name and Address projects, the Transformer Data Reconstruction process is included before the Window Key Generator process. It includes a standard set of rules that:

  • Derive the value of a common set of derived attributes (DR_ attributes) that are used in the batch to real-time implementation.
  • Format data for the Global Postal Matcher.

The default rules that are used for the Transformer Data Reconstruction in a Name and Address project can be viewed and edited under the Output Conditionals tab. The conditionals are displayed, and buttons allow you to view and edit the associated attribute scans and table recodes.

To modify the default rules

  1. From the Navigation or Project View, right-click the Transformer Data Reconstruction process and select Edit Process. You can also double-click the process to open it for editing.
  2. Select the Output Conditionals tab. The default conditionals settings are displayed in the Output Conditionals section window. You can modify or specify the following settings from this window:
