When the Reference Matcher process completes, it produces an output entity with reference match keys (reference_level1_key, reference_level2_key) and matched pattern numbers (reference_matched_lev1_pattern, etc) appended onto each record.
To specify pattern number output

Open the Reference Matcher process for editing.

Select Process > Advanced > Reference Matching > Advanced.

Click Pattern Number Output. The Pattern Number Output window displays.

Select the Attribute in which to store level 1 pass pattern number. The default is reference_matched_lev1_pattern.

Select the Attribute in which to store level 2 pass pattern number. The default is reference_matched_lev2_pattern.

(Optional) Select the Attribute in which to store level 1 suspect pattern number. The default is reference_suspect_lev1_pattern.

(Optional) Select the Attribute in which to store level 2 suspect pattern number. The default is reference_suspect_lev2_pattern.

Click Attributes to Copy for more options.

When you are satisfied with the settings, click Back.

Click Back again and click Finish.
